We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various premises, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff. Prior experience is not essential, as training will be provided to help you succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitising surfaces Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used efficiently and stored properly Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to ensure a safe working environment Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate cleaning schedules and priorities Provide excellent customer service by addressing any specific cleaning requests or concerns from clients or staff

Experience

Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided Good command of English language skills for effective communication with colleagues and clients Strong communication skills to understand instructions clearly and report issues accurately Customer service experience is desirable, especially when interacting with clients or visitors in a professional manner
