Job Overview

We're looking for a proactive, reliable Cleaner to join our team at our busy manufacturing site in Beetham, near Milnthorpe -- halfway between Kendal and Lancaster.

You'll be involved in a bit of everything -- from keeping production areas, offices and communal spaces spotless, to helping with the small day-to-day tasks that keep things running smoothly. That could mean maintaining the coffee machine, making coffees, or sweeping the steps outside.

Responsibilities

Maintain high standards of cleanliness across all areas (dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming) Manage waste and recycling efficiently Replenish cleaning materials and keep simple records Report any maintenance or hygiene issues Pitch in with general site upkeep -- from cleaning steps to making coffees or small daily tasks

Skills & Attributes

Previous cleaning experience in manufacturing or similar environments preferred (but not essential) Reliable, flexible and happy to help wherever needed Good attention to detail and time management Able to work independently and as part of a team
