Key Responsibilities:
Clean the restaurant, including dining areas and kitchen
Handle and clean kitchen equipment following safety protocols
Work from a detailed cleaning task list to ensure high standards of cleanliness
Requirements:
Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work as part of a team
Comfortable working night shifts
Either live locally or have a reliable mode of transport
Previous cleaning experience in a restaurant or similar environment is a plus but not essential
Good spoken English
