Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring that all areas are presentable and welcoming. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to communicate effectively in English.

Duties

Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Ensure all surfaces are sanitised and free from debris. Clean and maintain restrooms, ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Follow established cleaning protocols and adhere to health and safety regulations. Communicate with clients or staff to understand specific cleaning needs or requests. Maintain an organised cleaning schedule to ensure all areas are attended to regularly.

Requirements

Proven experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English. A proactive attitude with the drive to complete tasks efficiently. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Flexibility in working hours may be required depending on operational needs.
