Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring that all areas are well-presented and meet our high standards. This role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties in designated areas including restrooms and communal spaces. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and efficiently. Follow established cleaning protocols to maintain hygiene standards. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Engage with clients and staff in a friendly manner, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Maintain accurate records of cleaning tasks completed.

Requirements

Proven experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients and colleagues. A valid driving licence is advantageous for roles that require travel between locations. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
