Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Ensure all surfaces are dusted, wiped down, and sanitised regularly. Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness. Dispose of waste materials appropriately and ensure bins are emptied regularly. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are used safely and efficiently. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services.

Experience

Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role is advantageous but not essential. Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with clients and team members. Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients and address their needs. A valid driving licence is preferred for positions that may require travel between locations. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
