Overview

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented cleaners in Inverness /Aviemore & surrounding areas to join our team for our award winning cleaning company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring that all areas are tidy, organised, and presentable. This role requires a strong commitment to quality service, reliability and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Duties

Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces. Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to ensure a clean environment. Clean and sanitise surfaces, fixtures, and equipment to maintain high hygiene standards. Dispose of waste and recycling materials appropriately. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. Provide excellent customer service by responding to client requests and feedback professionally. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
Requirements

Ability to drive & a vehicle would be an advantage but not essential Proficiency in English for effective communication with clients and colleagues. Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous but not essential. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A willingness to apply for PVG application & references will be required
