Responsibilities
Carry out general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and frequently used surfaces.
Empty bins, replace liners, and dispose of waste properly.
Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and cleaning materials.
Maintain cleaning tools and report any faults or repairs needed.
Adhere to health and safety standards and company cleaning procedures.
Work efficiently; independently or as part of a team, to meet cleaning schedules.
Maintain professional relationships with homeowners while creating a warm and friendly environment.
Communicate clearly with supervisors and clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in residential, office, or commercial cleaning is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality results.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
Physically fit to handle cleaning duties for extended periods.
Requirements
Must be eligible to work in the UK.
Able to provide references and proof of address.
Willing to undergo a background check (DBS).
Access to reliable transport may be required depending on the job location.
