We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Cleaner (Key Holder) to join our team. This role involves maintaining a clean and organized environment while also taking on key holder responsibilities that support store operations. Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning and sanitation of the store premises, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
Open and close the store as a Key Holder, managing security protocols and ensuring all doors are properly secured at the start and end of shifts.
Assist with inventory management, including stock organization, replenishment, and monitoring stock levels using inventory control systems.
Support daily store operations by handling cashiering duties such as POS transactions, cash handling, and customer service inquiries.
Maintain organizational standards through merchandising, stocking shelves, pricing products accurately, and ensuring displays are attractive.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer questions, resolving issues promptly, and fostering a welcoming shopping environment.
Support team management activities such as training new staff members, supervising team members during shifts, and assisting with scheduling.
Engage in administrative tasks including bookkeeping, payroll processing, and basic budgeting activities as needed.
Uphold safety standards by adhering to health protocols and conducting routine safety inspections throughout the store.
Qualifications
Proven experience in retail sales, management, or supervisory roles with demonstrated leadership skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control, merchandising, and store maintenance.
Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers effectively.
Experience with POS systems, cash handling, cashiering procedures, and retail math is preferred.
Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer service.
Previous experience in employee orientation, training & development, or assistant management is advantageous.
Knowledge of marketing strategies, merchandising techniques, and store operations is beneficial.
Demonstrated ability to work independently as a Key Holder with reliability in opening/closing procedures.
Strong interpersonal skills including phone etiquette and conflict resolution capabilities.
