Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various facilities. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Carrying out general cleaning duties including: sweeping, mopping and cleaning windows; specifically, countertops, shelves, workspaces, and any equipment used for patient care. Emptying bins, disposing of waste materials, and ensuring proper recycling practices. Ensuring thorough cleaning and sanitization of all areas including regular cleaning of all areas of the pharmacy, public spaces, workspaces, and restrooms. Cleaning spills or accidents and thoroughly disinfecting an area afterwards. Safely diluting cleaning solutions and using them at the appropriate levels. Ensuring cleaning supplies are stocked. Maintaining cleaning equipment in full working order. Effectively communicating with pharmacy staff and reporting maintenance issues. Being able to manage cleaning tasks independently while also collaborating with pharmacy staff.

Cleaning experience

: Prior experience in a cleaning role is often preferred.

Note

: Ability to perform manual tasks is essential as the job may involve standing, walking, bending, and lifting.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 5 per week
