About the Role

As an experienced cleaner, you'll play a vital role in transforming this luxury apartment block into a showpiece of elegance. Your primary focus will be on sparkle cleans, perfecting every detail to ensure apartments dazzle for new residents. You'll also assist with builders' cleans to prepare the site during construction phases. This role requires a valid CSCS card for site access and a passion for delivering impeccable results under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Sparkle Cleans

: Polish surfaces, clean windows, sanitize bathrooms, and perfect kitchens to achieve a pristine, move-in-ready finish.

Builders' Cleans

: Remove construction debris, dust, and residues from floors and fixtures during and post-construction.

Detail-Oriented Work

: Ensure every corner shines, meeting the high standards of luxury apartments.

Safety Compliance

: Adhere to site safety protocols, using PPE (provided) and safe cleaning practices.

Team & Solo Work

: Collaborate with the cleaning crew or work independently, following supervisor instructions.
Who We're Looking For

We're seeking experienced cleaners with a flair for precision and a valid

CSCS card

Essential Requirements:

Valid CSCS Card

: Required for construction site access (Green Labourer Card or higher).

Attention to Detail

Physical Stamina

: Able to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods in a construction environment.

Safety Awareness

: Comfortable following strict health and safety protocols.
Desirable Skills:

Cleaning Experience

: Prior experience in builders' or sparkle cleans is a plus, but training is provided.
