Duties

Perform cleaning duties across designated areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces Ensure all facilities are kept tidy, organised, and hygienic at all times Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues promptly Follow health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment Use cleaning equipment and products efficiently and responsibly Assist with specialised cleaning tasks as required, including deep cleans or specialised sanitation procedures Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure high standards of service are maintained

Requirements

Previous experience in cleaning or related roles is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided Valid driving licence is desirable for roles requiring travel between sites Good command of English, both written and spoken, to understand instructions and communicate effectively Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with clients and visitors Strong communication skills to work effectively within a team and follow instructions accurately Reliable, punctual, and organised with a keen eye for detail Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
