Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team, responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various premises. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a customer-focused attitude. Prior experience is not essential, as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Maintain hygiene in designated areas such as offices, washrooms, and communal spaces. Operate cleaning equipment and utilise cleaning products safely and effectively. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet roll as needed. Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to ensure a safe working environment. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to meet their specific cleaning requirements.

Requirements

Basic communication skills in English; ability to understand instructions clearly. Previous experience in cleaning or customer service is advantageous but not essential. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and efficiently within allocated timeframes. Valid driving licence is desirable for roles requiring travel between sites. Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques or procedures.
