Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments of our construction sites, ensuring site welfare units and all areas are tidy, safe, and welcoming. Further to this, we are currently refurbishing clean tenants' housing so that it is ready to hand back to our customers. This role requires practical communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service, as you will interact with clients and colleagues regularly.

Duties

Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces tenant houses. Ensure all surfaces are cleaned to a high standard, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitising. Dispose of waste responsibly and maintain recycling protocols. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Communicate effectively in English with team members and clients to ensure clarity of tasks and expectations. Provide excellent customer service by responding to client requests or concerns in a professional manner. Drive to various locations as required for cleaning assignments.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills in English are required. A customer service-oriented attitude with the ability to interact positively with clients. A valid driver's licence is advantageous for travelling between job sites. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are essential for maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
