Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team.

The role would require availability Monday - Sunday, although you would work a maximum of 5 days per week.

The hours would be within 15-25 depending on the experience.

You would be required to work early 6am or be finishing around 10pm (depending on contracted hours). Unfortunately, there is no availability in the middle of the day.

By maintaining the cleanliness of all areas of our stores, our Store Cleaners play such a

varied role

involving some physical tasks with some bending and lifting included.

Duties

Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to high standards Collect and dispose of waste responsibly and efficiently Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any damages or shortages Ensure all areas are kept tidy and organised throughout the shift Follow health and safety procedures diligently to prevent accidents or hazards Respond promptly to special cleaning requests or urgent situations as needed Assist with organising cleaning schedules and prioritising tasks effectively

Qualifications

Good communication skills in English to understand instructions and interact with team members Strong customer service orientation with a friendly approach when engaging with clients or visitors Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain high standards of cleanliness consistently

Optional Extras

Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping is advantageous Valid driving licence is desirable

Pay: 12.65-12.97 per hour
