The company is an industry leader in a specialist field with extensive experience and a well-established reputation, producing a range of bespoke and standard RF antenna products ranging from large volume products for global companies to small volume custom work for highly specific applications. The company manufactures products for a diverse range of industries and market sectors including public safety, defence, transportation, utilities, manufacturing, construction and consumer goods.

The Cleaner will be part of a small friendly team and will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy, safe and welcoming.

The work environment to clean includes, a main office, the production and stores areas and an additional office building located 20 minutes' walk down the road.

Job Objective:

Vacuuming, scrubbing and/or mopping floor surfaces and stairs (a scrubber dryer machine is available for big surfaces) Cleaning the bathrooms and toilets, including mirrors and sinks Cleaning the canteen areas, ensuring the dishes are cleaned and put away, microwaves and fridges are clean Dusting and cleaning equipment and flat surfaces (desk, meeting rooms, workstations etc.) Replenish consumable items e.g. soap, toilet rolls, paper towels Emptying waste bins or similar receptacles, transporting waste material to designated collection points (including cigarette bins) Cleaning interior windows Managing the stock level of cleaning supplies Ensuring the entrance and exit of the buildings are clean Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel Watering the plants Follow the health and safety guidelines

Experience

Previous experience as a Cleaner is preferred Attention to detail

Specific Knowledge & Skills:

Strong communication skills and proficiency in English is essential to interact effectively with colleagues. A good level of Spanish is a plus
