We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in a modern office environment, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for clients and visitors. This role requires effective communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

We are looking for someone local to Hounslow/Chiswick/Brentford area.

Must have plain black trousers, rest of uniform issued by us.

Hours- 1700-2000 every Tuesday and Thursday for approximately 3 hours

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, and communal spaces. Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, and mopped as required. Maintain cleanliness of equipment and cleaning supplies to ensure safety and efficiency. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any cleaning needs or concerns. Follow established health and safety protocols while carrying out cleaning duties. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Drive to various locations as needed to perform cleaning duties.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a cleaning role is preferred Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks are essential for success in this role.
