About The Role:

Shift Pattern:

Monday to Saturday, 06:00am to 10:00am.



This is a cleaning role based at the Imperial War Museums (IWM) sites in London. The successful candidate must be flexible, as they may be required to work at different IWM locations depending on operational requirements.

The role involves full cleaning duties across all areas of the museum, including:

Floor cleaning using mop and vacuum cleaner Operating a scrubber dryer machine (scrubber machine) Operating a buffing/polishing machine (buffer machine) and applying floor polish Sweeping and machine sweeping where required Dusting and cleaning of surfaces and public areas Cleaning of toilets, corridors, offices, galleries, and public spaces

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

You must have Right to Work in the UK Candidate must have previous experience operating cleaning machinery, including scrubber dryer and buffing/polishing machines, and be flexible to work different IWM locations. DBS check is required for this role. Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks Training will be provided in line with health and safety procedures.
