Responsibilities

Use cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively
Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly
Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
Assist with specialised cleaning tasks as required, including deep cleans or specialised sanitation procedures
Experience
Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping is essential
Good communication skills in English to understand instructions and interact with clients or team members effectively
Customer service experience is beneficial, especially when engaging with clients or visitors during cleaning routines
