Cleaner - NRC Loughborough

12.55 per hour 37.5 hours per week Working 7 on 3 off, working 7 on 4 off, working 7 on 3 off - 3 week rota 7am to 3.30pm

We're currently recruiting a full time Cleaner to join our cleaning and facilities teams for Defence, contracted to 37.5 hours per week. As one of our dedicated Cleaners, you will help to deliver on our promise to always create the best and brightest experiences for our clients and customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

Follow all company and client health, safety, hygiene, and food handling procedures (e.g. COSHH, PPE, manual handling, fire safety). Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment at all times. Use, maintain, and store equipment safely; report any faults or hazards. Complete all required training and follow company policies and standards. Report incidents, near misses, or safety concerns promptly. To comply with any reasonable requests made by your supervisor/manager including working in areas other than those to which you are accustomed Carry out daily, weekly, and periodic cleaning tasks as scheduled. Use cleaning equipment safely and follow proper procedures. Support continuous improvement by suggesting better ways of working. Be flexible and assist in other areas or locations when requested. Demonstrate positive behaviour and good product knowledge when interacting with colleagues, clients, and customers.

Have brilliant organisational skills and attention to detail Able to speak & understand English Enjoy working in a hands-on role Integrity - Respects colleagues & customers Have had cleaning experience in a similar role, although this is not essential Have a flexible approach to working Able to work flexibly in line with business requirements Committed to high levels of customer care Able to undertake a range of manual cleaning duties
