Job Description

We're seeking a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across catering and hospitality areas. You'll ensure all kitchen and service areas are safe, clean, and ready for daily operations.

Key Duties

Clean kitchen surfaces, floors, equipment, and dining areas Wash and sanitise utensils, trays, and catering tools Dispose of waste appropriately and follow recycling procedures Replenish cleaning supplies and report shortages or equipment faults Support general cleaning in food preparation and serving areas Comply with health & safety and food hygiene regulations Assist with occasional hospitality events setup and cleanup Work as part of a team or independently, depending on shift

Requirements

Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and hygiene standards Ability to follow instructions and health & safety guidelines Punctual, dependable, and physically able to carry out manual tasks Previous cleaning or catering experience (desirable but not essential)
