permanent basis

. This position offers flexibility with hours and locations, making it ideal for someone looking for a part-time role that offers stability.

Role Overview:

As a cleaner with our company, you'll have the flexibility to work between

10 and 20 hours per week

, Monday to Friday. Your working hours and start times will vary depending on the location, which will be discussed at the interview stage. You will be expected to clean up to

two locations per day

, and travel time and mileage will be reimbursed after the first job.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean a variety of commercial properties, including offices, stairwells, sheltered housing, and more. Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard and within the required time frame. Follow health and safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a safe working environment. Communicate with customers on site, who may come from a range of backgrounds, and ensure any issues or problems are reported directly to the line manager. Log in and out using your smartphone, and communicate with the team through our internal platform. Travel to

up to two locations per day

, with travel time and mileage reimbursed after the first job.

Requirements:

Must have a car and access to your own transport. Flexibility to work on different days within Monday to Friday. Physically fit and able to perform the required cleaning duties. Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers on site. Understanding of health and safety regulations in a cleaning environment. Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team when needed.
