Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy, safe, and welcoming for clients and staff. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitising surfaces. Ensure all areas are kept clean and organised, including restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any concerns or requests they may have. Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Assist with additional tasks as required by management.

Experience

Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential. A valid driving licence is advantageous for roles requiring travel between locations. Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with clients and team members. Strong customer service skills with the ability to maintain professionalism at all times. Excellent communication skills to ensure clear interactions with clients and colleagues alike.
