Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, as you will be interacting with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with the cleaning services provided.

Location: School Road, Newtownbreda, Belfast

Hours: 6am-8am Mon-Fi (10hrs per week)

Duties

Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces. Ensure all areas are kept clean and organised, including restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces. Respond promptly to client requests and concerns, demonstrating excellent customer service skills. Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs. Follow established health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure a smooth workflow.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in English. A proactive attitude with the drive to complete tasks efficiently and effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
