Job Title: New Build House Cleaner/Driver
We are looking to start a brand new mobile cleaning team of 3 or 4 enthusiastic and motivated people to join our growing team! H&M Cleaning have been operating for over 20 years and have well established relationships with all the major house builders across Scotland.
The roles includes:
New Build House Cleaner/Driver
You'll be responsible for cleaning on new build properties across central Scotland -- from the
builders clean stage
to thesparkle stage
, ready for clients moving in to their new homes.Additional Duties:
Supporting the wider team with general cleaning duties where needed
Driving:
The role also involves a
driving element where needed
: when main driver off shift you will pick up team members and drive to the site for each job. Afleet vehicle and fuel will be provided
for work use.Requirements:
Full, clean UK driving licence Good attention to detail Hardworking and reliable Able to work well as part of a team Health Safety good working practices Available for overtime
Minimum 16 hours per week and option for additional hours.
16 hours will be split over 2 days normally over Wednesday and Thursday but may change due to business demands.
As business grows, opportunities for full time contracts are anticipated with in 6 months.
Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: From 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
