Duties

Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing surfaces Clean and sanitise bathrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to specified standards Empty bins and dispose of waste responsibly Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly Follow health and safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment Occasionally assist with organising storage areas or setting up meeting rooms as required Provide excellent customer service by addressing any cleaning-related queries from staff or visitors

Experience

Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is desirable but not essential; training will be provided Valid driving licence is advantageous for roles requiring travel between sites Fluency in English is essential for effective communication with team members and clients Strong communication skills are necessary to understand instructions clearly and report issues effectively Customer service experience is beneficial, especially when interacting with clients or visitors during cleaning tasks
