Job Description

This is a temporary, part-time position that could potentially lead to a full time position when the contract ends, depending on the Company's position at that time, and your willingness to travel to another site.

The successful candidate will be required to work on Wednesday and Thursday, 7:30am - 3:30pm each week. Overtime will be available from time to time, and there may be some flexibility to swap days on a week-by-week basis (depending on the sites needs).

The building development is located in Market Harborough.

Job Opportunity: Construction Site Cleaner

Compensation: 12.60 per hour

No Experience Required!

Preferred Location:

While we prefer candidates who reside in or near Market Harborough, this is not a strict requirement. We encourage all interested individuals to apply, regardless of their location.

Cleaning Newly Constructed Properties:

You will be responsible for cleaning newly built homes on construction sites, which includes removing dust, debris, paint, plaster, and other materials left by tradespeople. It can be a physical job at times, and the successful candidate must be able to often work using their own initiative.

Own Vehicle:

Candidates must have their own vehicle, preferably a car or van to transport cleaning materials from the site compound area to the house which will be worked on.
