We're looking for a

Cleaner

to join our

Cleaning

team based in

Oldham

.

Location:

Oldham Library, Cultural Quarter, Greaves Street, Oldham, Greater Manchester (OL1 1AL)

Hours:

10 hours per week

- typically split across early morning shifts (06:30-08:30), some flexibility may be available




We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

What will you be responsible for?

As a

Cleaner

, you'll be working within the

Library & Cultural Quarter

team, supporting them in maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment for staff and visitors.



Your day to day will include:


Carrying out general cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, dusting and wiping surfaces Cleaning and replenishing washroom and kitchen facilities, including consumables Emptying waste receptacles and disposing of waste correctly Safely using and maintaining cleaning equipment, materials and chemicals in line with COSHH guidelines Following cleaning schedules, colour?coding systems and health & safety procedures at all times
