Job Summary

We are seeking 2 dedicated and reliable Cleaners to join our team. The Cleaners will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in medical practice settings across 2 sites (Overton and Bangor) , ensuring that all areas are tidy, safe, and welcoming for visitors, tenants and staff. This role requires a full understanding of the very high standards required in a medical environment with strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality service, and the ability to communicate effectively with others.

Working hours Monday to Friday 5.30pm to 8.45pm (5 days per week, total 16.25 hours per person per week)

Duties

Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained in good condition. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Follow established health and safety protocols while performing cleaning duties. Provide excellent customer service by responding to site management requests in a professional manner. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate cleaning schedules and tasks.

Experience

Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with site staff. Proficiency in English is required for effective communication within the team and with clients. A proactive attitude towards work with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
