About Us:

City Gate Construction (CGC) is establishing itself as an industry leader. Founded in 2003, we are a privately owned Construction, Refurbishment and Maintenance main contractor with offices in Scotland and England.

The company are headquartered in Paisley and has consolidated its position as a major contributor to the construction industry employing over 200 staff across eight fully integrated divisions whilst maintaining a year-on-year commitment to trades apprentices, which reflects 15% of our workforce.

We recognise the importance of industry-standard accreditations, and we work continually to add to those we have, which currently include ConstructionLine GOLD, Safe Contractor, CHAS, NICEIC, GasSafe, SNIPEF and Achilles accreditations.

We are looking to recruit an experienced cleaner to join our team on a full-time basis.

:

As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring void properties are cleaned and ready for occupancy. You will also maintain cleanliness at our offices and some smaller commercial spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning void (unoccupied) properties to a high standard Maintaining cleanliness of our company offices Occasional cleaning of smaller commercial premises Ensuring safe disposal of waste and hazardous materials Maintaining cleaning supplies and equipment Reporting any maintenance or damage issues Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:

Previous experience in cleaning is essential Experience in manual handling and working in varied environments Ability to work independently and within a team Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude Good time management and reliability Full UK driving licence
