Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. This role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Duties
Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including restrooms, and communal spaces, landings. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and efficiently. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness by following established cleaning protocols. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any specific cleaning requirements or concerns. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Drive to various locations as required for cleaning assignments.
Requirements
Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A valid driving licence is desirable for travel between locations.
