Job Summary
As a Cleaner, you will have the all-important duty of enhancing our clients' spaces. You'll be part of a friendly team, all working together to create outstandingly clean and safe environments that make our clients happy.
You will be looking after and will complete a range of cleaning tasks in a safe and effective manner, promptly reporting any issues and safety hazards. Your safety is very important to us, so we will make sure that you're aware of our latest policies and will provide the necessary training required to carry out your role.
Key duties and responsibilities:
Responsible to the Team Leader.
As a Cleaning operative, you will be expected to:
Provide cleaning services to within our clients' sites ensuring high quality service provision and excellent customer satisfaction.
Complete cleaning tasks such as mopping, vacuuming, dusting, emptying bins, cleaning washrooms, as well as other cleaning duties.
Ensure good working relationships with work and site employees.
Keep up to date with good working practices, products and techniques to ensure and maintain knowledge.
Commit to equality and diversity and to promote non-discriminatory practices in all aspects of work undertaken.
Comply with current Health and Safety Legislation.
To be successful in the cleaning operative role, the skills you will need:
Self-motivation, flexibility, and enthusiasm.
Organisational skills.
Awareness of relevant Health and safety practices and procedures.
Commercial cleaning experience: 1 year (preferred).
