Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of offices, hallways, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, buffing, and other floor care techniques to ensure a pristine appearance Handle janitorial tasks such as trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, and sanitation of high-touch surfaces Conduct custodial duties in both commercial and residential settings, ensuring spaces meet health and safety standards Assist with industrial cleaning projects that require specialized equipment or techniques Support facilities maintenance activities including minor repairs and upkeep tasks as needed Follow safety protocols during all cleaning procedures to ensure a secure work environment

Qualifications

Prior experience in janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning roles is highly desirable Knowledge of floor care techniques such as buffing and stripping is preferred Familiarity with industrial cleaning processes and facilities maintenance is a plus Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely and follow proper safety procedures Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform manual tasks throughout shifts Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties within scheduled hours
