Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy and welcoming. This role requires a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, as well as the ability to work independently and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces. Ensure all surfaces are cleaned, dusted, and sanitised to meet health and safety standards. Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts effectively. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as necessary. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients or staff. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth workflow.

Experience

Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. A valid driving licence is advantageous for roles requiring travel between locations. Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with clients and colleagues. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse individuals.
