Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy, safe, and welcoming for clients and visitors. This position requires strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service. The job completed fortnightly on a Thursday between the hours of 9am-1pm and is a solo performing job. There is no flexibility withing the day or hours as this is when the client has requested.

Duties

Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including washrooms, common spaces & hallways. Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, and mopped as required. Dispose of waste materials and ensure recycling protocols are followed. Replenishing consumables as when needed. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any cleaning concerns or requests. Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential. Ability to drive required for the role unless living local. Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively. Friendly and approachable demeanour. Attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
