Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in homes, ensuring that all areas are presentable and welcoming. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients
Duties
Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas. Ensure all surfaces are cleaned and sanitised to meet health and safety standards. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishments as needed. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries or concerns in a professional manner. Drive to various locations as required for cleaning assignments.
Experience
Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential; Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with clients and team members. A valid driving licence is advantageous for roles requiring travel between sites. Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and build positive relationships.
