Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various cleaning environments, including commercial, industrial, and residential settings. This role is essential in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants.

Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas. Conduct floor care tasks such as buffing and waxing as needed. Handle waste disposal and recycling processes efficiently. Assist with custodial duties in both commercial and residential properties. Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained properly. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Experience

Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred. Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is a plus. Experience in industrial cleaning or facilities maintenance is advantageous. Knowledge of residential painting can be beneficial for specific projects. Porter experience is a nice-to-have for maintaining outdoor areas and entrances. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
