Once a week at present for 2 hours.

Then a monthly deep clean which can take 2 to 4 hours

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are presentable and welcoming. Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces. Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standard and in accordance with established protocols. Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are used safely and stored properly. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and address any concerns promptly. Maintain a positive attitude while providing exceptional customer service during interactions with clients. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks to the appropriate personnel. Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements

Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients. A valid driving licence is advantageous for roles that require travel between locations. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
