Job Overview

We are seeking two reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaners to join our team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff. The ideal candidates will have prior experience in janitorial or custodial services, with a strong focus on quality and efficiency. These positions offer hours suitable for individuals seeking part-time work, with opportunities to develop skills in commercial and industrial cleaning.

1st position from 8th of January / shift 4-7 pm / 15 hours per week

2nd position from 26th of January / shift 4-7 pm / 15 hours per week

Duties

Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of assigned areas Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to meet health standards Maintain floors through buffing, stripping, and polishing using appropriate equipment Handle waste disposal and recycling procedures efficiently Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly stored Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly

Skills

Experience in cleaning, janitorial roles Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and extractors Familiarity with commercial cleaning standards for various environments including industrial sites and residential spaces Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work Good organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety guidelines
