Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are welcoming and well-presented. This position requires attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent service to our clients.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, and communal spaces. Dust, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain a tidy environment. Ensure all surfaces are cleaned and sanitised regularly. Dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety regulations. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services. Drive to various locations as required for cleaning assignments.

Requirements

Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Previous experience in a cleaning or customer service role is advantageous. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. A valid driver's licence is preferred for travel between sites. Willingness to adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.
