Duties

Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces. Ensure all surfaces are dusted, wiped down, and sanitised as required. Vacuum, mop, and polish floors to maintain cleanliness and safety. Dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety regulations. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Interact with clients and staff in a courteous manner, providing excellent customer service. Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure efficiency.

Skills

Proficient in English for effective communication with clients and team members. Strong customer service skills to enhance client satisfaction. Excellent communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively. Driving skills are advantageous for transport between different cleaning locations. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
