Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that spaces are welcoming and well-presented. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks and a commitment to delivering excellent service to our clients.

Duties

Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitising surfaces. Ensure all areas are kept tidy and organised, including communal spaces and restrooms. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Interact with clients in a friendly manner, providing exceptional customer service. Manage time effectively to complete tasks within designated timeframes.

Skills

Proficiency in English for effective communication with clients and team members. Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns promptly. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate clear interactions. A valid driving licence is preferred for roles that may require travel between sites. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
