Temp Cleaner Required at a restaurant in St. David's Shopping Centre - Cardiff

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A commitment to providing excellent customer service is essential, as you will interact with clients and ensure their satisfaction with the cleaning services provided.

Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces. Dust, mop, vacuum, and sanitise surfaces to maintain a clean environment. Dispose of waste and recycling appropriately. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their cleaning needs and preferences. Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties. Maintain an organised inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Experience

Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Ability to drive is advantageous for positions requiring travel between locations. Strong communication skills in English are necessary for effective interaction with clients and team members. A customer service-oriented attitude is highly valued, ensuring that client satisfaction is always a priority.
