Job Description

Corporate Facilities Services are a national provider of cleaning, security and support services.

We are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Operative at Merlin's Walk contracted on average 24 hours per week with the option for overtime available. Shift times would be on a rota basis between Monday - Sunday 07:00 - 20:00. Any applicants must be available between these times with weekend availability.

Over time will be readily available however should the candidate wish to increase hours.

Weekend working will be required.

Please note this is working on an outdoor scheme will some indoor duties included. Some of the duties we carry out on site are below:

Emptying of bins Sweeping of mall area Jet washing mall floor and stairs Escalator and lift cleaning Toilet cleaning Yard cleaning Office cleaning Back of house corridor cleaning Waste management for units on site
The successful candidate will receive the following;

12.21 hourly wage Bank Holiday Double Time Contract of employment Company pension Uniform Free onsite parking Over time available.

Ability to commute/relocate:

Carmarthen, SA31 3BN: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:

Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
