Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, such as holiday sites and air bnbs. Ensuring that all areas are well-presented and welcoming. This role requires effective communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service, as you will often interact with clients and colleagues.

Duties

Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with established protocols and standards. Ensure all areas are dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and sanitised regularly. Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Manage cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently, ensuring they are stored correctly after use. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any specific cleaning requests or concerns. Drive to various locations as required for cleaning assignments.

Experience

Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential. Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with clients and team members. A valid driving licence is essential for travelling between sites. Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and foster positive relationships.
