Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all spaces are welcoming and well-presented.

Hours of work are 5pm till 6.30pm, Monday to Friday @1.5 hours per day, total hours per week 7.5 hours. Must be available to get to site by public transport or car.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, communal spaces, and restrooms. Dust, mop, vacuum, and polish surfaces to maintain a high standard of cleanliness. Ensure that cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues as necessary. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address any specific cleaning requests or concerns. Drive to various locations as required to fulfil cleaning obligations. Adhere to health and safety guidelines while performing all cleaning tasks.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills in English to interact with clients and colleagues effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. A valid driving licence is advantageous for travelling between sites. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and attention to detail.
