Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in an apartment block development in the Southside of Glasgow, ensuring that spaces are welcoming and well-presented. This role requires excellent communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude, as you will interact with clients and colleagues regularly.

Duties

Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain a high standard of cleanliness. Clean windows, surfaces, and fixtures to ensure a polished appearance. Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with company policies. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishments as needed. Communicate effectively with clients to address any specific cleaning requests or concerns.

Experience

Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with clients and team members. Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided. Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and foster positive relationships. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and professionalism at all times.
