Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Conduct routine janitorial tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal to uphold hygiene standards Utilize floor care equipment like buffers and polishers to maintain shiny, well-kept floors Handle specialized cleaning tasks including industrial cleaning and custodial duties in various environments Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and ensure proper storage and disposal of chemicals

Requirements

Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services preferred Experience with commercial or industrial cleaning environments is highly desirable Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts
