Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all areas are hygienic and welcoming. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Duties

Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces. Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Ensure that cleaning supplies are stocked and well-organised. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any specific cleaning requests or concerns. Drive to different locations as required for cleaning assignments.

Experience

Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous but not essential. Ability to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Capability to work independently as well as part of a team. A valid driving licence is preferred for roles requiring travel between sites.
