Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces Maintain cleanliness in designated areas such as B&B rooms, washrooms, and communal spaces Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used efficiently and stored properly Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly Follow health and safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment Assist with special cleaning projects as required Provide excellent customer service by responding courteously to client requests or concerns

Qualifications

Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong organisational skills and attention to detail A valid driving licence is preferred due to location. Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions effectively
